he's right, the scars are suggestive of breast reduction and possibly resiting of the nipple. That central downwards scar is fairly classic sign. As for the lumpiness - removing the breast tissue by suction isn't an exact science, the sculpting can go wrong or can be messed up by internal scar tissue
