There have several reports on here of HE for that place but walking past a week ago there was a man sitting prominently at the front. Presumably his presence makes it a kosher TCM place but doesnt help with the HE ambiance.

In some places they do: e.g. the TCM shop in Friargate, Preston. Whether HE is available I don't know...

Where male staff are present at these places I've been asked if i want to see a male or female member of staff. I would imagine this place is no different.
