He's a letting agent.  He has apartments and villas all over marrakech.  It's upto you which ones you want.  The closer to  the  plaza the more expensive,  the further out the cheaper they get.  All the ones I've stayed in have been within 5 to 10 minutes walk. One complex is about 200 meters from plaza.
