Ok here goes.
Ramadan starts around 18th June and lasts for a month, all clubs, bars, restaurants and cafes shutdown for the duration. At the end of Ramadan everyone gets a two weeks holiday. Therefore travel to Morocco from the second week in June to the end of July, this year, is not recommended.
If ur after just a relaxing holiday with great weather, then go for it, the larger hotels will have restaurants , that cater for tourists, still open. I'm sure you will get a really great deal on flights and accommodation at this time.
