Well Health is at 35 The Cut Waterloo London SE1. It's next to a barbers shop called Cut and Clipper. Well Health has a big sign but it's partially obscured by a tree. The shop front looks professional and they offer services other than massage so although it's a very public entrance your motives for entering could still be for something other than a rub and tug. There is a public bench outside on the pavement which is not ideal.
