If an SP is making claims of reports to police then the punters reputation could be jeopardised and it may impact his ability to see other SP’s.

Therefore if the SP cannot provide proof that the punter has been reported to the police, should the SP not be given the boot from here?

The red warning as shown in my post. from April 19, 2019, 05:38:53 pm to June 21, 2021, 03:12:54 pm  is a lot more than 365 days therefore the warning is shown. Maybe just another thing you didn't notice like threads being in post date order.

If the police have been involved you should not be posting on here about it, you should let them deal with it. I'm sure they wouldn't expect you to provoke the situation.

It was three years ago. The complaint has since expired, I came on here to see what exactly was written, as I am entitled to do so. Should I ignore slanderous claims made against me as of recent events? The ONLY reason I’ve come on here is because he has come out of the woodwork again to clients and other dommes. I didn’t feel it necessary to bother the police about it as the only reason I called them in the first place was because he was being abusive directly to me, and other things I will not mention on here. The only contacts I had were email addresses and some of the contacts left on adultwork who hadn’t booked in. I waited for clients to contact me on Aw so I could gain their numbers back. You following hun? This guy NEVER messaged me on Aw so how could I give him his money back??????? It only shows first initials and surname on my bank statement... what is WRONG with you people??????? I’m afraid you’ve may have it wrong. I had to get a new phone and new number as mine was lost on holiday after we spoke. I had to set up a new iCloud and everything so the only contacts I had were on my adultwork. Most of my clients received my new number so I Apologise if it didn’t make it to you.  if you give me a message on Aw I will happily re book a session with you, with the £30 deposit in mind. I’m sure “withnails” on this thread can confirm the change of number too.

Have you even READ the thread???? Stop wasting my time. I have said I have asked leedssub to contact me. I can’t contact him on here directly, the site won’t allow me to do it. Also, on my Aw, it says deposits aren’t refundable, regardless of the situation. It also says that if the client should cancel in good time he is able to book in again without his deposit being compromised. Imagine the money I could have made if I didn’t allow that, because believe me I have clients cancelling and wanting to re arrange ALL THE TIME, as I completely understand things happen through no fault of the clients’ own. I ask that clients read my terms and conditions before making a booking, everything is clearly stated on my profile in black and white, and reminded again on automated response messages. As a gesture of good will though however, I have said if Leedssub doesn’t wish to make a booking he can request his £30 back. I like to think I am fair with the hope of that fairness being reciprocated with clients. That’s why I’ve managed to gain over 100 clientele in 12 years, those of whom travel long distance to come and see me.

They might only give you the sort code/account number so you have to do it yourself, but it can be done. However you clearly believe it's the customer's responsibility to get try to get his money back.

My intention wasn’t to shame the guy or embarrass him but to defend myself from false claims.

I have had enough of this now - if you think her version of events could be true, then I have to consider that as a slur on my reputation and I need to correct it.

Oh my you're dim. I meant at the time. You claim you had no way to pay him back but you made very little effort to do so. You could have just reversed the payment and be pleased that you were being honest. But you chose an alternative path and presumably dealt with any smidgen of guilt that you might have had by rationalising that it was up to him to get his money back off you.

I delete most of my messages when they’ve been read and when clients  have booked in with an exchange of numbers, so the only contact I had for him was via sms at the time. She has gone very quiet since I revealed that I have the text messages to prove my review is accurate, and her post is a complete fabrication. She was on here for a further 25 minutes after I posted it.
If she doesn't come back, admit her lies, apologise, and pay the £50 to Eliza, I will be posting the text message screenshots.

It's unfortunate that Withnail has been banned due to White Knighting for her - I suspect he had no choice and he does seem a decent guy.
I suspect she has threatened to out him to his family and friends, as she did with me.

My understanding is that she has lot more to lose than me if our activities were made public (particularly if her brother and mother find out), but if I get any indication that she is trying to pursue this course, I will take my own (legal) action - I already have evidence of blackmail, and libel.

Whilst on that subject, she should educate herself on defamation laws.

At some point I might put the screen shots up here just to prove beyond doubt that I am honest.
And also to relieve Eliza off the unwanted contacts she gets asking her about this episode - schoolboy error on my part, I didn't expect so many to contact her.

I went to check them for a bit of proof myself and all of her emails are deleted also. Must have had an expiry date built in. Oh well, she's well and truly damaged her rep by now anyway.
