I`ve used them a few times, I wouldn`t say they were photo shopped as in being fake, more like using a professional photographer and clever use of lighting  and a bit of artistic licence.

I'd second the opinion that they're taken by professional photographer, but not heavily photoshoped

Good things about Secrets is that the reception staff are knowledgeable, they know where the girls are, what they are doing etc so they can give you a good estimation of the time when they will be with you.

The girl will call you to finalise things.

The only problem is that if you are looking for things apart from penetration and a covered blow job, the reception can`t/won`t discuss it, so if you say you want a bird who does anal and cim, they wont tell you even though the girls do actually offer it.
