Fairly discreet private flat in Langley.
Claims to be Spanish on profile but turned out to be Columbian.

What a shit punt OP. You did the right thing agreeing services over the phone but on face to face should have double checked again. Every now and then I too forget to do this. But if I'm not happy I walk these days.
You dont mention how good her English is either. So she may not have understood you , dont know.

Her English wasn't great but I think her understanding was selective.
You're right about confirming everything before handing the cash over. I usually do but was in too much of hurry this time.
