I've been to four different massage places over the last year or so. I'm quite young, good looking...  I've suddenly become very paranoid, at the risk of being absurdly arrogant, that the therapist could keep semen on their hands or towels and try to get themselves pregnant after I leave. I'm surely being ridiculous but it's hit me like a ton of bricks. Any real reason to be concerned here? Would it be beneficial to anyone on a visa or no visa or something to get pregnant?

It's a very well known trick in order for them to be able to stay in the country legally. They do tend pick someone with a modicum of intelligence though, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

You better be careful then. Make sure you leave your full name and address with them too, so they know where to send the bill for the kids. Otherwise they'll be doing a full dna test of all the men in your area.

Of course you are right to be concerned, not only would the girl want your baby she will probably also want you to pay to bring up the child, that's why most guys take their semen / condom / wet wipes and anything with their DNA home with them

Massage places are absolutely notorious for having on hand the correct equipment to save sperm and freeze them for long term use.
If you CIM and she runs to the "bathroom" be especially aware she's just dropped it off in cryoprotectant and then liquid nitrogen for nefarious purposes.
