The building should be fine, it's mostly just an issue of distance and centralization. From the station the new location is 1 mile away, although the previous location was also about a mile away (1.2 miles). Previous to that, they were 1.5 miles from the station. But the difference is that the two previous locations were more centrally located, next to Midsummer Common, and then near-ish to Mll Rd. Now it's on the edge of of the city. From the station it will make little difference, and might be an improvement for some people. But for others it could be significantly farther.

Club700 is just 0.4 miles from the station, and first in line along the same route.
