If you look at this profile she has a rating of 16. If you hover over it it shows 16 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative, 0 disputes but when you click through there are only 6 feedbacks showing.

At the base it says.
Only the 100 most recent ratings are shown per tab

it's not an old profile and also it doesn't say only the feedback of timeframe X are shown but refers exclusively to a number.
So it makes no sense.

Could she have had feedback webcam or some other service which she has since stopped offering? I thought that kind of feedback remained but maybe AW changed it?

I was thinking the same.
If she unticked the box for webcam maybe, then those feedback are not shown anymore.
Quite frankly I don't think the devs or POs at AW are that smart, but maybe....

Thanks for the contributions - possible that it was for previous webcam feedback that has now been disabled. Hopefully the mystery can be solved definitively...

Although looking at the profile of a wg I used to see who had feedback for things she no longer offers - all of her feedback is still there so that can’t be the reason. Who knows with AW..

Indeed, different tab for activity so it must be a different reason or a bug.

She joined AW on 31 August, less than 3 months ago..... surely all 16 feedbacks should be showing Irrespective of whether or not they are meets, cams,  sales or whatever?

100 most recent means exactly that. So all her feedback should be showing.
What does length of membership have to do with it, you clearly don't know the reason either and you've been here a few years yourself.

Could it just be that you are looking at the total number of feedbacks when only some are from Escorting and the others under the Direct Cam or Sales tabs?

No - there are no additional tabs in the feedback box, and as shown by Al Reet if she had previously offered these services and received feedback but then stopped offering them the ratings would still show.
