Call the numbers advertised and ask if they speak English. If they do, they will. If they don't, they won't! You can do some groundwork calls before you go. If you call around you'll soon find a decent madam with a load of girls on the same site. The madams run a tight ship and you won't get fucked about. I only had one bad experience in all my punts over there and that was just a bit of an aggressive, money-grabbing slut. Not a biggie.
