Agreed. Working to any pre-planned schedule clearly doesn't suit her. And while putting her number and green light up on the days she does decide to work would be the happy medium in theory, she clearly gets the level of business she wants - by only replying to the AW messages she wants. Might seem a pity, but at the end of the day, both punters and her are better off with her doing it however suits her. As if she feels she can't, her service will suffer - or more likely, she'll simply just quit.
In my experience, girls who only work part-time/periodically/on a whim, generally give a much better service, with a much better attitude, than those who do it full-time - and it's not only because they're simply seeing a lower volume of cock. It clearly shows they're hooking for extra coin, as opposed to relying on it as their sole income - proving they have far more of an objective choice in it, and must at least somewhat enjoy fucking the guys who pay them, to want to keep doing it.
Far too many end up working far too much, for far too long simply because they've forgotten how to do anything else for a normal wage. Admittedly, it must be rather shite going back to Tesco or a call centre for 7 quid an hour, when you're used to working in quality hotels and apartments for 20 times more. Chasing the money at those rates must become addictive too, as many will see that since they've already crossed that ethical line of taking cock for money, one is the same as one-hundred. But it inevitably results in many ending up hating us punters and themselves, as they get the soul completely shagged out of them. It must also be nerve-wracking as fuck at times - knowing they could have Harold Shipman at the door and there'd be little they could do if things turned nasty. Probably more than anything else in life, if women choose to do it (bearing in mind there's only a select few, thick skinned-enough to manage it), whoring should be sought for a good time and not a long time - both for their own good and that of their clientele.

Perfectly reasonable stances that I'd probably take myself. Though getting stood up once with no notice would probably be enough for me never to give her my money out of principle. While selecting the right girl is key to a great punt, the bigger point is making punting work for you. We're already paying with our money, so we should refuse to pay with our time and hassle as well - that's what the misery of dating's for.
The perspective I've learned to take on hard-to-get girls, whether hookers or civvies, is that I'll likely never get to fuck them - just like Rosie Hunter-What's-her-chops (Jason Statham's bird) - mainly because he'd be in the way.
