I've heard a few rumours that prostitutes use this hotel. Does anyone know of any that do? It's ideally placed for me and I like the fact that you don't have to walk past reception to get to the rooms.

I've been there twice to see the same SP, but that was probably 6 years ago.

It is ideal as you don't go anywhere near the reception.

If it's just Romanians I'm not interested.
It's a great spot to work from. The M1 is only two minutes away, the city centre's two minutes away, it's on an industrial estate and it's discreet. I can't think of a better location.

This spot is convenient for me!

Any info please shout up!

I've met girls there 2-3 times, and can confirm that it's a punter's dream venue lol

None of them are there any more, so I haven't posted historic reviews. Waiting for my first meet since joining UKP and then I'll break my duck.

But at just £40 a room flexible rate, it's a no-brainer.

The current management at the hotel are anti-punting. A number of girls have been kicked out because they were suspected of being SPs by the manager. Previously, this hotel was a mecca for SPs, mainly due to its cheap rates and privacy (i.e. it being motel style - the reception is in a different building to the accommodation block), but in the past 4 or 5 months, SPs have been avoiding it like the plague due to the difficulties they have run into with the management there.

At the time, I suspected that the Romanians might be using unfair means to keep out competitors (the girl's who complained of being turfed out were all British), but AFAIK all SPs appear to be avoiding it now, so it may be an actual, legitimate policy.

My understanding as well.

This place is to be avoided.

In which case I stand corrected!  Thanks puntlover1, it's been maybe 18 months since I was last there as a punter.

I can confirm that there have been warnings to SPs about this hotel so SPs are generally avoiding it.

My understanding is that it was because of a new manager/area manager (female) taking over.
