As I understand it any who is genuine and is interested in punting is welcome join this site, although obviously it is really intended for punters, 99% of whom are likely to be male. But the site will rapidly lose credibility and usefulness if it becomes infected by trolls or by persons who are deceitful about their identity, gender, and reasons for joining.
