In Cartagena there is a thriving street scene but don't need to look past tinder where locals / amateurs and those working will be contacting you non stop. Had apartments that say strictly no guests etc. but never been an issue.

I did like the earlier comment about wall to wall hustlers - nothing could be truer of Cartagena. I met some nice Colombians there, none were locals.

Well, she was simply angelic. You were right about her height. But she's an absolute stunner. Very comfortable with her body which was a cracking body. Loads of tattooes but i am ok with that. No, those are two who got away.

I've returned from my trip to Argentina. I'll try to not to repeat too much of what Vivago has already said. But here are some things i've learnt:

Using seeking arrangements is definitely the best way forward to get girls.
Prices in Buenos Aires can vary, had negotiated 3500 pesos (ARS) for a 3-4 hour session with an 19yo girl to 8000 ARS for an hour. It's around 48-50 Pesos (ARS) vs £1. Angelica as an example, had her on two occasions and paid $100 for four hours and then $150 for the entire night, around 10 hours. Girls tend to negotiate in ARS but i found that they prefer USD given the volatility of the ARS. The value here is very good, on par to Colombia in my opinion. Poles apart to the £150 to £400 an hour you would pay here for a washed up, jumped up "pornstar" or over-weight ugly lump here.
Girls are much more European than Latino. The quality and choice of girls available, even civvies, is a lot better than in the UK. I write this last comment, sighing at the quality of girls available on AW - it's been in decline for years now. Expect to find Colombians, Brazilians, Chileans and Venezuelans here too.
I saw three girls in total - should have been more but schedules weren't aligned. All three loved giving blowjobs and i found that girls here love being licked out: the more you give it to them, the more that they reward you. 2 of the 3 were expert swallowers and one loved anal. I did find that a lot of girls on SA were keen swallowers and a few were keen on anal.
Nightlife, bars, restaurants and general day to day life is good, cheap and varied. Especially steak, expect to pay about £13 for a 750g t-bone.
I stayed in the Soho area of Palermo (nothing like the Soho in London) and would recommend staying in this area.

Overall, Buenos Aires is a great city to visit. Lots to see and do. And the girls here are great.

Well for BsAs it is pricey actually, but you’re talking about contract time, not hiring them for an hour and sending them home again. In comparison with other notable world punting destinations that I have visited, in terms of value in relation to quality and service, I found Argentina to be in the top 2, perhaps marginally edged by Colombia. Sounds like a good reason to stay in AirBnb rentals.

And it depends where you are whether you message first or not. For example, in The Philippines, it is seldom necessary to make the first move as your inbox will be inundated anyway whereas in Argentina, I found it better to start the ball rolling with a quick 'Hola' or at very least to view their profile and send a 'like'.
