Yes, the price and the fact that she's targeting such a specific group of punters is very odd. If she's just out to scam, she'd surely try to attract as many punters as possible?

She's picking a soft target: the Roms hate shagging Asians even though they're the target market, so as a result give shit service. By offering an Asian-only service they/she are hoping to pick up on paki punters who are pissed off with romanian prossies and pimps
Also the Asians are a lot less likely to go to the police when they are scammed - its a low risk crime
