It is because so many fake tits are so fake looking (and sometimes fake feeling).  Sometimes the nipples are so high it is like a wadge was put in their skin bellow their boobs.  Or the nipples point one to the left and one to the right.  Or they are so inflated it is like letter V.  Or there are scars. I am attracted to women, not a barbie doll.

So if the surgeon is great it is fine and her look may stay sexy.  But if only a medium one it will be worse.  And if a shithead, she will end up maimed. So why pay money and feel pain to at best look ok, and take a high chance of looking worse? Put it another way - even assuming a good result, they get the painful expensive surgery to attract (say) half of guys, and repel half of guys.  Pain and money to break even.

I'm in the Natural camp (when they're not too floppy, squidgy, stretchy or small). Fake / Enhanced just don't do it for me.
