I'm looking for any advice on where to go for SPs in the above cities.

For Krakow you could try using odloty or roksa websites, you might have to try calling a few to find one that speaks good English.  Odloty shows location map which is good.

I visited Copenhagen a few years back, the RLD is west of central station, not a lot in it and its pretty expensive from what I remember, you will find a few street walkers touting for business ad a few places with red lights over the doors I visited a nice thai massage place with plenty on offer but prices expensive from memory think it was approx £80 for half hour b2b with he.

For copenhagen the independent girls tend to offer best value. Check out External Link/Members Only for ads. There are fairly many fakes but use common sense and also check External Link/Members Only for reviews. The forum is in Danish but use google translate and you should be able to manage.
