Sunday afternoon and I had just got home from a weekend away visiting family that hadn’t gone well, thought I’d try and cheer myself up. Charlie had been on my HL for a while but was a bit expensive given her mixed reviews on here but as I needed a pick me up I thought, what the hell.

Comms  : Phone call a couple of hours in advance - not answered but texted back within a few minutes to say call again. Did so, agreed time and £80/30mins and was given the name of the hotel in the area of Derby near the railway station. Seemed a pleasant enough girl to talk to.

Looks : Previous reviews have been posted as negs because she was larger than her profile suggested - I have to say that this was not my experience, she is petite and quite pretty though her false boobs didn’t really do it for me. She was pretty much as her profile pictures, so I guess she has slimmed down a bit recently.

The meeting : Getting past reception could be an issue at quiet times as it is quite small and you have to walk right by the desk. However there was somebody booking in as I arrived so the receptionist was busy, also several people had popped outside for a smoke so there was a fair amount of traffic. Had called on arrival and been given the room number so made my way straight up.

Charlie opened the door in the usual manner and I was pleased with what I saw although the one piece outfit she was wearing didn’t scream sexy at me. I handed the money over and when she returned went in for a kiss but she shied away saying that my beard was putting her off, not a problem I have had before although I do sometimes wonder whether being clean shaven for a punt is a safer option.

She then lay down on the bed and told me to strip off, this was somewhat off putting I like a little bit of interaction when undressing - I feel a bit self conscious undressing while she just lays there and watches you. I joined her on the bed and she went down for some OWO which was actually very good, her technique is certainly up there. Conclusion : Charlie certainly has some skills and I found her attractive but her attitude was awful, I guess I just got to see her at the end of a long weekend for her. She was jaded and just not into it at all. I can imagine that when she is fresh she is a good punt but she should have just given up and stopped working several hours before she saw me if she couldn’t maintain her enthusiasm.

  that's a down turn in service delivery, other reviews had all been of similar opinion that she puts the effort in, but looks/sounds like she wasn't interested when you met her, hopefully just a bad day

I have no reason to doubt the accuracy of the other reviews. As I said, I suspect I saw her at the end of a busy weekend when she should have given up earlier if she couldn’t summon the enthusiasm. Can only report my experience as I found it.

It’s a good point you make. Poor / restricted performance has recently cropped up on a few reviews of otherwise pretty solid performers. Cock weariness is perhaps understandable if not forgivable. Personally, I try to avoid seeing lasses at the end of the day or at the end of a tour.

I know everyone has good and bad days, but that's not a remotely acceptable excuse. It's a load of bollocks. If she didn't give a good service because she was tired, or it was the end of a long day etc etc then that's because she was being greedy and taking too many bookings.
At £2.33 a minute, a punter has a right to expect to be getting 100% effort. If she can't do that, she shouldn't be taking so many bookings!
If a bus driver were to crash and people were hurt or died, do you think for one moment the families would say.... "well, he'd had a long hard day so we'll let him off"???
For the money these girls charge, we have a right to expect a bloody good level of service every time, irrespective of what time you see her. If she's 'tired' and can't perform as well, then she shouldn't take so many bookings.

There are also many other examples of jobs which wouldn't involve something as extreme as death but a "bad day" would still be absolutely no excuse and liable to get them sanctioned or struck off, e.g. accountant, dentist, solicitor etc.

If they're having a really bad day, they should take the day off. That'll allow them to  feel better much more quickly and it'll avoid them ripping people off/getting a bad rep. Money sunk into travel and accommodation is no excuse, escorts make plenty of money and even if they have to take a loss on a very rare occasion, it's better than the alternative or at least that's what they'd think if they were actually a good escort.

It's definitely not forgivable. I've seen numerous escorts late in the day and particularly at the end of a tour and not had any problems if they're actually a good escort. There are many examples of escorts who are able to be consistent, this girl is clearly nowhere near one of them based on her reviews.

I became dispirited just reading that, so I sympathise.

A good and experienced escort should know what she's capable of, what her thresholds are, and the point at which she is no longer capable of managing the level of service a punter will expect for his money. There are factors that she may not be able to predict, but if she was "too sensitive", etc then she should've contacted you beforehand (preferable), or at least informed you at the start of the booking that she was unable to provide a full service, and thereby allowing you to choose whether or not you wished to proceed.

I can't speak for anyone else but when I punted I saw new girls when I wanted to add some variety. At other times, I saw 'regulars' because I knew I'd be booking someone I enjoyed seeing with a lower risk of it being a bad punt. A regular also has the advantage of getting to know what you like so it saves a lot of time. The downside to seeing regulars is that you may miss out on discovering an absolute gem.

For me, it definitely seems to be in my nature, even when I've been in relationships. Personally I find the variety to be one of the main reasons I punt (along with convenience and ease) however I do also like to return to some girls (the good ones, especially the "best") multiple times as well. There's pros and cons to both so I like to do both.

I wouldn't recommend you get too bogged down in "regrets", perhaps try to learn more about potential warning signs beforehand if you can (e.g. her reviews, her comms etc) and just move on although I'd also recommend not being too risk averse but that's a balance for you to find.

It's an obvious thing to say, but you only meet the ones you subsequently consider to be great by first taking a risk to make that initial meeting. You only come to consider them as great as you have a variety of experiences that lead to you discovering and refining your preferences. Along the way you have some that are between mediocre to disappointing. Read the catalogue of any punter's experiences and that's what you'll find.

Redefine your regret as learning and use that to refine your decision making and intuition.

What NTTS, Nigel and Picti says....
My only regrets occurred when being led by my small brain leading to either insufficient research, spur of the moment plan Bs, or not walking when I should.
Whether I predominately see regulars or play the field is cyclical for me. Regulars happen where the connection goes beyond purely physical and I genuinely enjoy the company of the WG which often leads to great sex. There is still an urge to sow my oats more widely and I’m becoming increasingly fussy and risk averse. Recommendations and research now play a crucial part in selecting a new lass to meet. This forum and some of its members with whom I have either met, or established a good understanding with, play a big part too.

At the moment I have 3 favourites who I will generally see once a month, half a dozen lasses that I’ve met a few times before and enjoy returning to see from time to time and a hot list of about a dozen who I will continue to monitor and will go to see when the tart in me demands some fresh totty.
