I know what you mean, Japanese for example can sound very aggressive but you can still tell by the tone if it is or not.

I know it sounds weak without the punter speaking up, but despite encouraging him to post a review, he didn't want to as he thought she would recognise who he was if he posted details. He mentioned she made snide comments about his looks (in Spanish) and then went on a rant about his people with several offensive and racist remarks. Take what you will from it.

Indeed different people have different limits of what bad behaviour are.  All comes down to individual sensitivities, for example calling squirt piss is acceptable for some for others they get the pitch forks out.

When did sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me stop being relevant?

I haven't seen anyone claim anything so not sure what you're on about. This punter doesn't want to report it so she doesn't immediately recognise him from the account. Maybe he used his real phone, I dunno. If more than one have claimed it, then maybe there is a case of no smoke without a fire. I don't get how your experience suddenly makes things untrue. As for racist remarks, it is not opinion it is fact. Person X SamLP would be referring to is the same individual I was in contact with. All I can say is I have no doubt in my mind it is false or misinterpreted.

I can agree about said wg being crass or having no tact but all else baseless accusations.

As for reporting findings...I have no need to. I’m not the one who was exposed having cute names with the wg I honestly think you two fell out over something but maybe I’m totally off! All I can say is if said individuals comments were true then I would have been offended and insulted. I am very wary of racism and can sense it easily.
