Hi Guys
I am new to punting so this question has probably already been asked. I like going down on my women but the thought of doing the same to an escort puts the heebee geebees on me. Thinking about hygiene etc. Having said that given today's rate of STDs that one community that I would expect to be more sensitive to their sexual health is the lovely working ladies out there.

i have had cheap and not so cheap punts and all have their little foibles.   I think I would want the lady to shower first.   Personally I am fond of ladies sitting on my face whilst they  lean on the wall.   Some will and some will not.  All you can do really is ask.   I think some ladies might allow you to get down there if they see you first.

It's a risk and a much bigger risk with someone who shags for a living. Do some research on Google and that'll give you a rough idea of how likely you are to catch something.

I came to the conclusion that if you're paying good money for a meet you may as well go "all in" and worry about the consequences afterwards. Otherwise you'll probably not enjoy it.

I get checked out every six months and I've never had any issues so far.

Here’s some tips:

1) make sure you check their services and they don’t do bareback
2) search them here and online and check their rep ... if they are dodgy, they will come up
3) when you go, if anything seems unsettling, do all services with a condom .. ie OW
4) look for well known, reputable providers.
5) look them over well before handing over your hard earned ... you can detect things from inspection
6) don’t do anal services or rimming

Go brave if they check all those boxes

That should keep you out of most trouble

It has risks. Read up on them, and then decide if it's something you want to do. It's something I enjoy and aim to do every punt. But I can't decide for you if the risk is worth the reward for you.

Most things can be avoided by being selective and practising safe sex. 95% at a guess.

Stuff you probably put yourself most at risk of are things like herpes, just because it's not always immediately apparent when symptomatic on the woman. There's always a small risk that a prossie hasn't been safe with everyone, and may have asymptomatic Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea. But again, these things are usually avoidable by seeing one of the select few who have a great reputation. You do pay a premium for it usually.

Stuff like HIV/Hepatitis is virtually non-existent in safe working girls these days, and virtually never transmitted by oral sex.

Notes further to these suggestions:

1)  If they mention "at discretion" then it's likely they'll refuse or charge extra.  Hassle that's only worth it if you know you can have a good time with those (limited) services they definitely offer.
2)  Stick to reviewed SPs until your instincts are more refined.

The key thing about appraising reviews is that you consider the most current ones and what they are indicating about behaviour of the girl in the photos.  With profile swapping and B&S so rife you can't guarantee all reviews are for the same girl, that's why attaching verified photos to reviews is so important.
