Many reasons. It could be the Stevie is actually the WG herself pretending to be a punter. It could be that he's also her pimp (although that definitely seems unlikely). He may have written the overly positive review in order to get to get a future discount or to get extra time or just generally curry favour with the girl. He may have been incentivised by the WG to leave the review (possibly even without having actually seen her). In terms of leaving positive AW feedback, if he were to leave a negative he'd only get one in return and that would likely affect his bookings more than the WGs. There's no personal upside to leaving a negative (other than to help other punters), whereas leaving positive feedback at least means you're likely to get some in return.
To be clear though, I don't think he is lying. I just think he's probably really easily pleased and so what he says is of little use (at least for me, it may be for others). However, it's too early to say that with any certainty as it's only one review. If he posts more then he could turn around how I perceive him.
As for the bareback part, it is a little concerning too, and hopefully it was just mistake made on her part.
Personally I think that's very unlikely. I've never heard of a convincing reason for it to be a mistake, certainly not one that makes the WG seem like she isn't dangerously thick or dodgy. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if many barebackers deliberately only advertise BB for short periods. This serves to attract those looking for BB but also dupe those who want nothing to do with it (and those who offer it) into thinking that it's not on offer.
