I’m not so much a fan of the boutiques (although I’ll look into the two you mentioned) and more into the independents. I visit a few down my way but do you know of any in the areas I’m looking at.
Having no luck so far.

No independents around Stoke that I'm aware of.

At the two Chinese places in Newcastle there's only the girl working on the premises. You won't see a maid or anyone else.

I've not seen anyone in Stafford or Telford so can't help unfortunately.

Not keen on the older girls too much so I think I’ll settle on Jessy and Telford suits just fine although I’ve never been there.
