I used to see them quite frequently when in the west end.  they seem to advertise across lots of postcodes, but when you get the address, if half way round the fucking city.  So I just gave up.

All of the photos are fake.    You'll just get any random girl,  some nice, other meh.   Generally the flats stink of food.

I should warn you,  if you visit the one at Simpson load (quartermile).  There lots of cameras around that area and the security staff know about it.

I get your point Moosehead -It does look a bit suss for a first post but it was a genuine question.

I am an occasional punter who only really punts when I have a meeting in Edinburgh or occasional night away with work.

I have been using London Street sauna but recently have been less than impressed. I haven't really looked any further until now. My online search has given me a few options on Adultwork but the girls on this site looked gorgeous so I kind of thought it was too good to be true at all here prices.

No - I think I will give it a miss as no positive reviews. I will either book something through Adultwork with positive reviews or might try Newtown or Blair Street saunas.
