This post was actually a bit over the top so I apologise for being overly disparaging and dismissive, especially since these things are going to be somewhat subjective and clearly you have seen at least a few other escorts. It's only visible to "helpers" - at the bottom of every topic there's a couple of boxes that allow you to change the subject of the topic (you also have to fill out a reason). If you can't see it (and likewise can't change review ratings or move topics) and you want to be able to help out in future, just PM admin - in the past he's asked for members to do so as he's usually happy to make helpers of those who've made many contributions to the site, such as yourself.
You can also see who changed the topic in the "Logs". The Logs are visible near the top between the "Blacklist" and the "Logout" button. I presume they're only visible to helpers but I'm not sure. Click on the subject change log and you can see that the title was changed by Horizontal Pleasures. I'm almost certain he was just trying to be helpful but obviously he should've thought more carefully/paid closer attention.
