This is a scam as from my experience the Sp is not who they pretend to be.
External Link/Members OnlyThe advert has been on Gumtree for a few months claiming to advertise Thai massage.
The name on the ad changes each time it is posted and has probably changed three times since I first noticed it and when I booked an appointment the name given was Jasmine.
The details on the ad and the location on the link are the same in each case.
I think the offer of Thai massage is there simply to give the ad an air of respectability with the Gumtree administrators and as a hook to
get the punters to the door.
Anyway I saw the ad and was passing that way so rang and booked an appointment for mid-day. Number is on the Gumtree ad.
Comms were good but the the lady who answered the phone did not sound like a Thai woman but I couldn`t be 100% sure
so off I go.
Got to the location but there was nowhere to park nearby as the car park to the modern block of flats is residents only and there were no
spaces in the adjacent chemists car park. Shouldnt really have driven in that close but as I did not know the layout I had no choice.
Instead I went and parked around the corner in a quiet side street a few minutes away which was the best option in any event given
the circumstances. Pushed the front door buzzer to the flats and went up the stairs to the top landing as instructed. Rang the bell.
A rough looking 40-something old tart with a fake tan, fishnet stockings, greasy ringletted hair and too much make up came to the door. My heart
started to sink.
I said I had come for a Thai massage with Jasmine and she said `there is only me here darling. I am Brazilian. I will do you a nice massage` or words to that effect.
No thank you I said I was looking for a proper Thai massage with Jasmine and promptly turned on my heels and left. No shouting or aggro followed me down the stairs
as I expect they have to keep their activities quiet.
When I came out I noticed a young man in his late twenties hanging around outside of the doorway to the next block of flats having a fag. He looked
totally out of place and I think that he was either security or the pimp. He pretended not to look at me and I scurried away around the corner to where
there were plenty of people coming out of the nearby doctors and chemists as i felt uneasy.
I got back to my car PDQ and drove away and thanked my lucky stars that I hadnt got trapped in their with an old dog of a
hooker and possibly a threatening pimp.
I doubt very much at all that any form of Thai massage is on offer and would recommend that punters stay away from this place.
