My working hypothesis is that if an SP charges extra for RO its an indicator that in her heart of hearts she doesnt really want to do it, which is almost certainly going to result in an unsatisfactory experience for both parties if the punter chooses to accept the terms and go ahead.

Sounds logical, but what about all wgs out there who charge extra for anal (etc.) and the OPs who pay for it?

I expect RO to be part of a B2B service. As for anal thats a different matter entirely, its not usually included in a fs service and you’d expect to pay more for it.
