Have to say for the punter it could be like a mountaineer climbing Everest for the WG she may need to have the patience of a Saint while she waits for the punter to arrive

There are hardly any WGs in the carnival area. If anybody's looking at NHG/Bayswater Road and South, into Kensington or East, to Bayswater and Paddington, then no real problem, other than crowded transport and some tube stations not operating as normal.
