It's your experience MrA and if it was negative for you then yes IMHO it should be a red.

If ANother punter has a good time with her then lucky him and he can write his own positive review for her. This is why YMMV (Your Milage May Vary) gets quoted so often about lasses as service can vary from punter to punter.
