The 0770 code is not a premium phone line, nor a scam necessarily, but it’s a call re-directing number, that passes on your call to another number. That number is being kept hidden.
It SEEMS ?? 0770 numbers can maybe be used to set a fixed price for a call.
So the first lie in that ad is that it’s “Abby’s” personal number. It's an agency.
Elsewhere on the internet, that number is being used to invite ladies to contact them for escort work, so whoever it belongs to does not want their actual phone number to be known.
