Rang and spoke to Chanel three hours before booking confirmed time and duration by text and got an affirmative reply and postcode/address so comms so far very good and she sounded great on the phone. However on arrival I was having trouble locating the block of flats and rang her to say I had arrived (6 mins before appointment time). She sounded a bit surprised and said she would ring me back. Almost immediately got a text to say her landlord had just rung 3 minutes ago and was coming round in 20 minutes, could I make it later!

Well I don’t know how often landlords visit in real life but it seems they visit SP’s very frequently if UKP is anything to go by. Perhaps they get their rent in kind. Anyway I couldn’t hang around for an hour so tried a few plan B’s without success and had to call it a day.

She had obviously double booked or taken a regular in preference of my booking - so beware if booking Chanel and have a plan B at the ready.

I know how annoying it is when this happens especially if you travelled far only to be let down.

BTW I was actually getting stuck in once to a Spanish prossie when the landlord let himself in, gave no notice of his visit.
The thing is landlords normally are obliged to give notice of a visit so you are correct in your thinking that you were bumped.
A well deserved negative.

But yes I'm afraid it's a crap excuse & no-one is buying it love, I wouldn't waste your time OP - She looks totally tonto anyway

thanks for the review and warning OP ....channel fkkd me up when I had booked and after the "landlord" trick I was in the house as she was hurriedly getting fresh (?)  her friends were "entertaining" me to delay the proceedings so as I was waiting a skinny wrinkly middle aged woman came down the stairs as I was walking..........Im glad I didnt go through with it and it seems she has form fkkn punters around but it seems some will put up with this just to fkk her ass.........
