Natalie Sabai Thai Birmingham

I booked an appointment to see Natalie at Sabai Thai Today. As I've seen her before and enjoyed her service, I was looking forwards to a good massage from a pretty Thai girl.
So I called up at 12:30 and asked if Natalie was available this afternoon. I was told she was, so booked an appointment to see her at 2pm.
I arrived on time, parked up on bath row and paid for my parking. £1.90 for 2 hours.
Arrived at the flat, was welcomed in by an older lady who took me into the room. I asked for Natalie, but was told she wasn't available 😡. I explained that I specifically asked for Natalie when I made the appointment and was told she was available.
So the older lady walked out and in comes Natalie, who tells me she has to take her car for MOT 😡
She said I could still he her colleague, I said no thanks. So I was quite abruptly walked out the door without an apology.

From where I live, it takes 45 minutes to drive into Birmingham city centre so I'm really quite annoyed to have wasted 1hr 30 mins driving in traffic.

She did the same to me about a year ago
I sounded her out about a week before and confirmed with her the day prior to my booking
Parked up about 20 minutes before appointment and called her to see if it was okay to pop up and after 3 calls to her she answered and said come back in an hour
Told her where to go and vowed never to return and immediately posted a negative review on UKP

I didn’t know at the time that she had an Adultwork account doing FS
If I remember correctly she said something about being hung over so I told her where to go for wasting my time and petrol
