Yes she seems to be one of those partially and selectively informed idiots! A little knowledge can be very dangerous, and that's enough reason to avoid her.

Taken properly PrEP offers approximately 90% protection against HIV. It's also a medication with some potentially unpleasant and risky side-effects, and the impact of long-term use is currently unknown. Quite why anyone would want to take it in prostitution to enable BB is beyond me. Furthermore, the protection is limited to HIV, and she's seemingly unconcerned about contracting and transmitting any of the other STIs to the "married" punters she meets.
