Location is a ground floor flat in a quiet cul-de-sac on a modern estate in Camp Hill.
Parking easy. Just drove up and got a space.
Charmaine describes herself as mid 60s with short grey hair and large build. This is an accurate description.

Charmaine answered the door and we got the paperwork out of the way. Both of us stripped off and then on to an assisted shower.
