What you have to remember in places like this, is that once you've paid your massage fee to the receptionist ...you are in a strong bargaining position.

The masseuse does not want you to leave without paying for at least a HE. Of course she's going to try and get as much as she can out of you...but if you say No to her OTT rate...9/10 they will negotiate...and then it comes down to...how low will she go?
