I think what JimmySW means is.....if you have seen either of them (or anyone else for that matter) in the last 12 months you can (and should) do a formal review on them.

As a new member you have a 12 months window to review whilst established members like jimmysw and myself only have a 6 months review period - the normal period for UKP. I assume that at some stage your newbie 12 months window will be reduced to 6 months so get them done as soon as reasonably practical. Remember that right or wrong, lots of establshed members take into account the number of reviews you have done in deciding whether you are a "creditable" member or not!
