Genuinely thought it was a massage offering place until now, and to be fair its hit and miss of how good the massage can be, so why would anyone think of extras being on table?

In my experience it (whether you'd pay extra) depends on the girl. Somre of the younger ladies have offered extras or hinted at it (Jessika suggested an extra tip would get her knickers off) but I've certainly had the extras on top without paying anything above the standard b2b fee with some of the ladies too.

Here over a year ago, for you guys who visited, will remember the London Adult Parties held every Wednesdays.

£60 got you about 10-12 average/few beauties whores for 4 hrs for your pleasure with access to proper spa facilities.

Now the management moved a few select girls to the brothel in Sutton as part of House of Poitier, for unknown reasons?

Former patrons may be interested to know that the site was granted planning permission in July for redevelopment into a new ground floor retail unit with 9 apartments above. The freehold of the site is now being offered for sake at £850,000. End of an era indeed.

No, I think the landlord just took advantage of the police raid and the loss of the tenant's licence, to cash in and not re advertise the premises looking for new tenants to run a spa. If you think how much the rent would have generated p.a. versus £850k when sold, then they probably thought better to take the sale route. After all there's no guarantee that any new tenant wouldn't go bankrupt or get raided now that it was on the radar of the authorities. Had some fun times there though - not really anywhere else quite like it.

The current vacant building will be demolished. The planning permission for the new ground floor unit is for retail, so will be a co-op or similar (A1 use). Paradise Spa was D1 use. The new planning use prevents a replacement sex emporium! Nothing to stop a prossie renting one of the new flats though - I hope.
