I tried to visit this one recently, arrangements completed via text mostly, then I was asked to call to confirm the appointment.
It all went rather effortlessly, and I was given a post code.
Upon arrival to the post code I received complete radio silence, the initial call rang out, I left it 5 mins then tried again and went straight to voicemail.
So I was either double booked or she's just another flaky British service provider, you decide.
