That's exactly what I thought when I read the advert, seems like it could be one of those many profiles/adverts that they've got all over the place

Could be more to it. It's listed under strippers. Postcode puts it in the new development at the far side of Clipstone. Rules it our for me. I've got three colleagues who live there. And that's far too risky.

I think not - their ads on AW are extremely easy to pick out* - there's about half a dozen of them who work various days and this looks nothing like those e.g. AW ads for British Mucky Milf, Mansfield Milf and Gilf, British Notts Nympho, Big British Breasts, Big British Bottom etc etc  all of which emphasize British, mature and big!

A check on AW reveals only one ad that mentions "Clipstone" and that's Romanian.

It won't be the Glapwell Grannies. They're all £110/hr.
I don't believe it'll be in Clipstone either. I know from visiting friends there that the curtains twitch at the first sign of a car stopping.
Be interesting to see if I'm wrong.

I've enquired this morning regarding services and spoke with a lady claiming to be the receptionist, £60 for 30mins and £100 for 60 mins, no information about services as that takes place with the SP in the room so rules me out as I want to know everything up front, could lead to a bad punt and I won't take that chance.

Today there are two ladies working both claimed to be 35 years old, one English and one of Italian origin, make of that what you will!!

For those not sure about location, postcode - NG21 9AX which is Emmerson Drive on Kings Clipstone, knowing the area really well this is a reasonably affluent area and I doubt if the Glapwell Grannies operate from here as these houses aren't built with coal sheds, it's definitely safe to visit.

I'd be surprised if they last long in that new development in Kings Clipstone. The rents are high and the neighbours won't tolerate a massage parlour on the street.

It's all looking like too much hassle to be worth it.
I called and spoke to a woman but she flatly refused to discuss anything over the phone. WFT    She just confirmed that they were in Clipstone and that they charged £60 - 30mins and £100/hr.
She kept repeating the phrase 'you won't be disappointed' all the time. 
Sorry... but anyone who expects punters to make a booking, drive all the way over there..... and then find out what they're getting for their money is deluded. Before I set off, I want to know which services are available and if they're extra or included in the price. Is it B2B, HE, FS.... none of the above. I'm not walking in on the off chance that they do what we want because some woman said 'you won't be disappointed.'  Sorry.... but they all say that.
The whole place just seems a bit shit and too high risk to be honest.
Plus, I talked about the area to a mate who lives on Emmerson Drive. I told him a mate was thinking of renting on that road and askrd about safety and crime etc. If it is on Emerson Dr as we suspect, you'd be a fool to go. Apparently not only do several coppers live on that same road.... some of the houses have CCTV so you could be on candid camera before you walk in the door.

Even if it's on a road close by it's still dodgy, I know people who live on that estate and because of it's isolation and being quite affluent it's been a target for crime over the last 18 months, so everyone will probably have CCTV by now, could be a bit risky, even for me and I don't normally get concerned.

That's weird. My mate who lives on the same road was saying that crime is low there. Hell, we'll probably find they're both wrong and it's pretty average.
There's definitely a lot of CCTV about. One of my mates on that road fits CCTV systems.

I don’t think some house cctv systems would deter me. After all, you arent doing anything wrong. I’d be more worried about some 18stone lump stopping me exiting said premises.

I drive around the estate quite often, and it is your usual brand new build estate, so that also gets the brain into action. So a normal 2up 2down, yet when you ring you get a ‘receptionist’ who gives you fuck all info other than £60 or £100, now they are advertising as massage, yet the prices don’t match, they do however match your regular FS worker. I don’t want FS I want a nice sexual massage. So even though it’s on my rounds, I don’t think I will be visiting

I'm quite suspicious of the Pleasures Mansfield adds. There's so little information about what's on offer and a couple of fake photos. (I did a reverse image search and it was hardly a surprise that they're using photos from a US clothing website).
There's nothing on AW ot V.Street and as others have also said, they won't talk about anything over the phone or email other than to confirm half hourly and hourly rates. It sounds more and more like a scam.

Lets assume - for the sake of argument - that you've set up in a rented property on a desirable estate. The source of your business is phone enquiries where the area/street of the address is clearly shown.  When someone rings up who may be the local paper, the man down the street with the CCTV or the police whose have several officers living locally do you say that you're a brothel offering extra and explicit services?  Of course not - you might give a coded message such as "you won't leave disappointed" but until you've actually got the customer through the door and into the room , I doubt whether any further information will be forthcoming.

Quite possibly correct. But, would you drive all the way over there without any kind of information on who is there, what they'll offer what you do get there.... and will any of it cost extra?
It's a catch 22 situation. I wouldn't want to go unless I knew what was available..... but I can't find out what's available until I go.
Bearing in mind that we have no idea what we'd be walking into, it is a highly risky choice. All punts are a risk and we just have to punt within our own comfort zones.

I talked to a friend who lives there. It seems that the locals know all about the adverts and are mightily pissed off to say the least.  We're talking pitchforks and bonfires kind of pissed off. Neighbourhood Watch know all about it too. Even the local community police team for the village has been told.
Either the girls pulled their own Gumtree advert or (and I think it's more likely) that one of the locals has got Gumtree to pull the advert.

No. I thought about the place and tried the number a few times about a week ago. I was visiting my friend and it reminded me of the thread. No answer any of the times I called. I even used my backup punting phone so I was trying from a couple of different numbers.
It may still be open, but it's odd that they don't answer the phone.

I think activity was limited to just August 2018.  If you think this is a Romanian conspiracy it's worth noting that only three AW profiles mention Clipstone - all of them Romanian.
