Do agencies generally do this? I would have thought they'd just try and point you towards one of their current girls.

Like going into Tesco and asking where the nearest ASDA is.

I haven't tried mind as I've had no reason to yet, but it's good to know.

Until you ask them it will remain one of life's little mysteries for you. They may be more inclined to tell you if you're a regular customer though.

There's been loads of times when the shop I'm in is out of stock of the item I want they direct me to another that may have it, it's called good customer service.
