You’re a lucky man if that’s the sort of same day coms you’re used to. Busy SPs tend to prioritise their existing bookings from what I observe.
Prompt replies from one that’s in demand in my experience is rare. On the flip side, means you have their full attention when you’re there. I’d be raging If they were texting or calling people back when I had pre-arranged their time. I’m generally happy if they have at least the decency to text back if I miss them. That acknowledgement encourages me To try again. If they blank me because they’re busy I’m put off and less likely to try again.
I don’t think prompt replies is something they ‘need to learn’. I think that’s a given that people prefer that.
I’m finding increasingly that booking through aw, whilst initially taking longer than a text or call, yields faster results. More and more SPs seem to be developing a preference for that.
I don’t blame them. Having a choice between taking a handful of punters who’ve taken the time to put a booking through, have good feedback and are less likely to be TW, or sifting through screeds of texts and call backs. It’s a bit of a no brainer. I’d do the same for a smoother day.
I used to flat out refuse to use Aw and stick with profiles with numbers up, but frustration at getting no response changed that. If you can’t beat Them, join them. Now the end justifies the means for me, but people will do what suits their own punting preferences.

Discovered the night before, I'd be out and about with spare time on my hands one afternoon earlier this week, so decided I'd try to arrange a short-notice punt, if I was still in the mood for it. Tiffany'd had her the green light on that previous day and though I'd tried to arrange a booking, she let me know her circumstances had changed and was no longer available, so I was keen to make up for it. The short-notice of knowing my own availability meant I'd had little chance to arrange anything in advance via AW, but still fired off a couple of tentative messages. The thought of it though, combined with general difficulty in getting to sleep, required a wank to dose off that night. It therefore left me seriously wondering if I'd still have the urge, come the time and push to shove, given it was only a few hours later.
To my satisfaction (I guess, because I had the horn), I did still fancy giving something tidy a right, good rattling. And was reasonably optimistic when I saw plenty of green lights on. Made fuck-all difference, though - must've spent nearly 90 min in the car trying to arrange something. But between lack of availability, suitability, quality and location, (even though I was pretty central) it yielded fuck-all, so simply came home for a wank (or two).
This was even despite me willing to extend the search, stay and pay to a half-hour, after initially only wanting a good value 15-min meet, given the extreme likelihood it would only be cum-once affair.
Point of my shitty non-story though, is that far the biggest issue in failing to secure a punt that day was simply a lack of response to my calls. Compounded by the fact that one of the very few hooker conversations I actually had that day was with one provider who doesn't even display her number, but had swiftly gotten back to me with it via AW. The other girl I'd messaged through AW also got back to me later that day, despite the numerous green lights and phone numbers who never bothered their arses.
This, combined with my other recent experiences of getting far more clear, concise and swift replies through AW of late, leads me to believe that there probably has been a shift in how popular, reliable, quality-service providers like to arrange bookings. 3-5 years ago, any number of top-pick Glasgow or Edinburgh girls would have their number up and get back to you promptly, if they didn't pick up first time. Now you're lucky to get one or two that fall into that category. It's a real pity for the impulsive quickie-lover like me, who often takes the urge when already out and about. However, given my recent experiences, and the knowledge of how increasingly unlikely I am to land a decent punt this way, that urge is definitely dwindling.
But it's also an inevitable symptom of a sellers' market - a complete dearth of reliable, quality girls wanted by too many experienced punters like us, who simply won't settle for the Romanian scam shite that have their green lights and numbers up 24/7. Simply put, as Moose says, why would a dwindling number of always in-demand hot, quality hookers bother with a barrage of texts and calls, when they can filter more than enough serious punters through AW at their own convenience?
