Even though there was no feedback here or Adultwork, I thought i'd have a crack at this, since current options in the area are extremely thin on the ground.
I tried booking by text the day before, and it was all very stop start (one word answers from her/(him(?)), but I eventually got a postcode so I knew where i'd be going (apartment block a minutes walk from the main station). On the day, I sent a confirmation text 1 hour before, and was expecting some sort of reply of the usual type 'thanks / see you later hun' etc, but got nothing. A further text 5 mins before booking time asking for flat number: got nothing. At this point instincts told me if anything took place, it was likely to be duff, but out of courtesy I phoned 5 mins after scheduled time. A girl answers (passable English) and doesn't know anything about the booking; I can hear a guy's voice shouting at her in the background, and she says to give her 5 minutes to get ready and she'll phone back. I wait 10 minutes (hoping there's no call back), and when there isn't, the phone is switched off and I go to the pub. Checking the phone later there's a message that arrived about a hour after scheduled time, saying 'come babe'.
She was supposedly Polish, but i'm wondering if she was actually a Rom, since there have been quite a few cases of them recently using other nationalities on Adultwork and making things more difficult selection-wise. Whatever... avoid.
