just wanted to flag this here as this forum has helped me avoid bad apples countless times so want to return the favour.

This was becoming a big joke, so i just called it a day.
Asked her one last time if she was planning to give me back the extra 20£ to check if her apologies made any sense. She said no i can't sorry today is crazy. (Not really sure what todays craziness has to do with anything)
I don't really care about 20£ and was tired so i just left.
Bottom line : If anything looks off. Leave with no remorse. I think there was never a single time when things looked off at the start and ended up being good.
