I called Infinity yesterday to book Merlot on the basis of this positive review and they told me Merlot has "changed her look" recently.  I asked "Are there new pictures of her on the website?" and she said no but she texted me a picture.  The picture of the "new Merlot" was certainly similar to the website pictures,  I didn't know if this is some form of B&S or whether Merlot has changed into some other girl, but beware (I ran for the hills rather than TOFTT).
