I know Amy is well positively reveiwd here so I'm kind of sorry to have to burst that bubble as this technically isnt her fault.
As most of you know, Amy doesn't handle her own communication, rather she has a rude maid in Hungary to do it for her. Booked a 1 hour slot through text messages as her maid didnt answer my call a few days in advance of the booking. Her maid confirmed the date and time and texted me a postcode before hand. Went to the address on the day on a nice newly built estate and paid for parking and called her up. No response and also no response to text.
