Was this during her current London tour?  If so, it doesn't surprise me, as she's apparently working 10 days straight and while I'm of course not certain, by reading her thread on UKE it looks like she's seeing quite a few punters every day.  I would like to see her whilst she is here in London, but I do worry that it might be difficult for her to provide a consistently good experience with such a grueling schedule.

As LLP says, it might actually be a good thing that she didn't go ahead and see you if she was unable to provide a good service, and at least she did let you know very soon after you made the booking.

This was yesterday. Yes I agree it's better to cancel if you can't provide a good service, but surely if you accept a booking at 18.30 for 2100 you know how tired you are and should not take the booking. As I had a 1.5 hour drive to get there I was on my way, fortunately I hadn't got too far, still a bit annoying though.

I have seen the messages and I would like to clarify some things about my methodology

As for the last 2 people who complain about my booking method ... this tour is being absolutely crazy: no shows, cancellations, cancellations at the last minute, some customers who already have a reservation, then want to move it to another day. literally this is a fucking crazy, I receive many messages on my phone, calls, messages in adultwork, in Ukescorting, etc ... I do not think I'm better or worse than anyone, I just try to administer the best that I can do, but I still have to learn more, and this chaotic situation does not help. (lol tips are accepted)

we make a reservation, but if someone writes to me and confirms me at the time, I will give this person a reservation, because I can not wait to receive your answer, because many people do not respond, I have many messages from people who ask me about my available time and they say they send me a reservation request, and they do not.

Sorry so much for everyting, It was never my intention that this happened. (Sorry for my bad english too)
