Comms: Called up the agency and asked for a one hour service, after 30 minutes. Confirmed via text in 10 mins with all direction.
Location: Paddington, no parking, very modern building entrance right beside cafe. Just needed to buzz the intercom and in you go. Very clean apt, with proper toiletries and fresh towel.
