Comms were great, booked on SA. On the day, expecting a text that never arrived. Sent a text asking, turns out I had my old punting number on AW which it defaulted to. So she never got confirmation and cancelled the booking. She was more than happy to book for the following day rather than assume I was a time waster.
Place in Central Brum. Had more issues with a random estate agent outside asking if I was here for a viewing. Lucky enough got inside no problem. No face pics on AW but very attractive. English is excellent, I've been bitten a few times with that but zero problems - better than some people I work with >_<
