As a newbie that hasn't plucked up the courage or money yet, I keep looking at the girls in the grimsby area on adultwork, can anybody recommend a good one.

I can't help you with recommendations.

With the money bit you mostly pay upfront, there are exceptions, but most will ask for a payment before any action takes place. From my experience most escort list their extras on their AW profiles, the only time you really get a list of unexpected extras is in a parlour.
